Our tax and accounting backgrounds have taught us that it’s all about the details, down to the penny. Many property management companies overlook the little details, or ignore what they perceive as burdensome rules and regulations. That’s not our style. Kannon Callis, Owner of PMI of Tree City, has over fifteen years of sales, real estate, and property management experience. He enjoys the art of real estate deals and expresses creativity through carefully crafted business ventures. A visionary who believes anything can be done with the right team, systems, leadership, and time. He is married to a Boise local and has embraced the Idahoan life from being 25 years a Texan.
Jill Hella is a dedicated residential real estate agent and investor who loves helping clients buy and sell homes with ease and confidence. She also enjoys managing short term rentals individually and with PMI of Tree City. She’s known for her clear communication, strong listening skills, and hands-on approach, offering buyers a seamless experience and helping sellers get top dollar with the right prep and resources. A Boise resident since 2003, Jill cherishes her two kids, and enjoys camping, pottery, cooking, and DIY projects in her free time.
